Project Description: supply, installation and commissioning of chlorination building, chemicals buildings and laboratory sampling system.
Chlorination building equipment included:
- Automatic and manual cabinets 40 & 60 kg/hr – ejectors – switchover – analyzers – recorders controllers – vacuum regulators – Detectors with 4 probes – pressure reducing valves – pressure relief valves – filters – electric distribution panel.
- Locally manufactured equipment: header and flexible connections – cylinder lifting bar – Cylinder trunions.
- Other equipment: ton cylinders – crane – booster pumps – ventilation system.
Neutralization system: Neutralization tower – air blowers – caustic sauda pumps – mixer for sauda tank – sprinkling system
Safety equipment: breathing apparatus – respiration masks – safety kit for cylinder – safety suit – safety shower – safety signs.
Chemicals building equipment:
Alumn sulphate dosing system: Double head metering pumps with discharge = 3400 l/hr with accessories (dampers, relief valves…).
